What's the best boat for a bachelorette party?

The tiki boat is our most popular bachelorette choice — it looks incredible in photos and has a fun, tropical vibe. For larger groups (20+), the double decker gives you more space and two water slides. All our party boats go to Devil’s Cove so you can’t go wrong — just pick the one that fits your style.

Can we decorate the boat?

Absolutely. Banners, sashes, balloons — go for it. Just avoid confetti or glitter (it’s tough to clean and ends up in the lake). We recommend keeping decorations light since it can get breezy.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes. Guests 21+ can bring beer, wine, seltzers, champagne, or spirits. No glass bottles allowed for safety — transfer drinks to plastic or cans.

How many people can fit on one boat?

Our tiki boats hold up to 20 guests and the double deckers hold up to 25. For larger groups, we can coordinate multiple boats that cruise and anchor together.

How far in advance should we book?

Bachelorette parties typically book 4-8 weeks out. Summer weekends and holiday weekends fill up fast, so the earlier the better.

Where do we meet?

All rentals depart from Volente Beach Resort & Waterpark at 16107 FM 2769, Leander, TX 78641. About 30 minutes from downtown Austin.

Is there a restroom on the boat?

Our double decker boats have onboard restrooms. Tiki and pontoon boats do not, but restroom facilities are available before departure and after return.

What if rain is in the forecast?

Keep Austin Wet operates rain or shine. Cancellations due to severe weather are determined at the start time of your rental based on conditions at the lake. If severe weather prevents completing your reservation, we only charge for time enjoyed on the boat, up to a full refund (minus the non-refundable booking fee).
